My advanced guided Reiki journey sessions are truly Shaman journeys using Reiki instead of drums, or rattles etc.

Using Reiki for these is a very calm and relaxing way to do the profound & deep healing work of a Shaman during a journey.

These sessions do act as a soul retrieval and, yes, spirit guides and animals often come in.

More importantly is the ability for these sessions to heal deep wounds and trauma (even ancestral) that hold us back, or are causing illness now.

After these Reiki guided journeys it's important to integrate this deep healing, so clients are able to embody the healing fully.

I always recommend consistent Reiki and Reiki Level 1 afterward as support to help clients accomplish optimal results.

Intuition is often the first answer that comes in and remains persistent.

From my experience, this does not always mean it makes sense, or is the answer we thought we wanted.

In fact, our intuitive next step might challenge or scare us, but brings the most growth and healing.

The more you follow what comes in first and have positive feedback as you act accordingly you'll begin to be able to trust your intuition and understand how it shows up for you.

Start with what comes in first and practice with small non serious questions as you learn to recognize how an intuitive yes or no shows up in your body & mind.

I've had intuitive psychic impressions come in for clients that made no sense to me, but when I shared exactly what came in for me, without judgment, or guessing on my part, they often know exactly what I'm talking about.

This taught me to trust the first hit that comes in for me.

In your own life, this might look like a surprising answer when you ask, " Where should I go to dinner tonight?".

And the restaurant that comes into your head happens to have the exact business contact you needed to meet at the next table.

Ask, listen, act on the first hit and note the outcome and you'll build amazing intuitive muscles! 💪🏻🔮

Through Reiki I've experienced and seen clients & students have spontaneous healings.
Further more, to successfully bring this healing into life consistent Reiki is helpful.
Once we've healed in profound, deep and spontaneous ways, integration and embodiment must be achieved to hold that healing and release long held stories about it.
So, while spontaneous healing sounds wonderful, it is just the beginning.

I can only speak about my healing journey and how Reiki Level 1 began a great period of moving beyond my own resistance to, well, life.
I was stuck in a strong victim mentality for one, but, truly, low energy & resistance to simple steps forward were keeping me from living with ease and joy.
I had so many excuses behind my fears and doubts, which I used to argue for them!
It was as though after Reiki 1, I knew I was enough, not at a conscious level, but that now my nervous system knew how to hold so much more and in turn seemingly without trying, or forcing I took positive leaps forward.
I've seen this in countless clients and heard many colleagues share similar stories.

Hello Again to some Tennessee friends and some background story for the rest of you. 🙏🏻❤️

I knew Nolensville,TN with few subdivisions, restaurants and even less traffic!
In that Nolensville, TN I owned Coffee & Canvas a mobile painting party company.
I even worked at Mama's Java in its early years and started my painting parties there!
The past years took me on many adventures the most impactful one having my daughter, EldaAnn, who led me to Reiki when she became very ill.
We were already living in Rome, Italy at the time. The doctors could not figure out why she was so ill and I felt helpless- the worst feeling as a Mom.
Someone mentioned to me that the first level of a Japanese healing modality called Reiki could be learned a day and that it might help me help my daughter.
Desperate to help I signed up for a Reiki Level 1 Class.
In the end, learning Reiki helped us both heal and soon afterward I opened a Reiki Studio next to the Vatican in Rome, Italy.
I continued my studies taking me to Japan, many other countries and to training with the top Reiki masters in the world.
Now, I'm able to offer Reiki sessions, classes and retreats all over the world igniting my client's own innate healing abilities.

Osserva un bambino la prossima volta che cade, oppure osserva le tue mani la prossima volta che avverti un dolore in qualche parte del corpo. È naturale per noi posare le mani sul proprio corpo quando ne abbiamo bisogno.
Nella sua forma più semplice, il Reiki non è altro che questo: una tecnica di guarigione giapponese basata sull’imposizione delle mani. La differenza sta nella formazione e nella pratica che i Maestri di Reiki seguono per stimolare con competenza le capacità di guarigione innate dei clienti.
I nostri corpi possiedono una potente capacità di guarigione e, una volta che questa funziona senza intoppi grazie a un Reiki costante, ho visto clienti in grado di guarire in modi emotivamente più profondi e trasformativi.

Reiki in is simplest definition is source energy, and without getting too complicated, Reiki in its active form is energetic hands on healing.

All things have source energy and we humans use our hands often on our own bodies when we're in pain, sick, or hurt.

The difference comes with the training, practice and knowledge Reiki Masters have to more effectively use source energy to lower pain, regulate the nervous system, aid lymphatic flow etc. all of which let's the body relax and heal on its own.

Continuous Reiki practice and sessions create a paradise for the body to function effortlessly allowing the mind & soul knowledge to be able to be seen and embodied.

The result is the body healing itself of illness and pain , while clients go into more consciousness living with an aligned mind, body & soul.

I'm very excited to be bringing a new online course to my clients that will start in January 2027.

🎉 Think something like the Way of the Mystic Level 1 using a myriad of Reiki skills & techniques from Reiki journeys, guided meditations & Reiki experiences etc.
We'll be deep diving into your own intuitive gifts, exploring levels of awareness, learning how to go in & out of consciousness, recognizing intuition, psychic impressions, spirit guides in different realms & so much more!!

The goal is for you to be able to do this more easily on your own afterward & to offer a safe space to learn & openly speak about your mystical experiences.

It will be very helpful to learn through Reiki Level 2 either before or during the course for best results, however, this will not be mandatory.

This course will require some working level of English, but I will be able to translate to Italian if needed. Energy healing is less about the words anyway. 🙏🏻🫶🏻

‼️I will also be running an offer on my Reiki 10 packs over the next weeks for those of you ready to begin building your healing foundation and opening your intuitive abilities.
