Distance Reiki 101
1. You will be laying down or sitting comfortably free of external distractions. You can not be at work, driving, doing dishes etc.
2. You may feel bodily sensations, fall asleep, have dreams, have visions, feel less pain, or simply be calm and relaxed- at peace.
3. Whatever you experience is normal and can be different each time as Reiki heals what is needed at that time. Sometimes as difficult blocks move it's uncomfortable mentally, or emotionally- sometimes you'll feel this in your body. This will pass. These are signs of growth and healing!
4. You book a time I'm free on my calendar at EWREIKI.COM.
5. During booking, you enter what time you would like to receive Reiki.
Often clients get it at night while they're sleeping. Clients often ask to receive the Reiki session before a big event, before, during and after surgery, while grieving and weekly at the same time for maintenance or awareness training. You want to choose the best time for your needs- it's all about you.
Many Moms book these sessions because it's harder for them to come in, but they need care and nurturing too! Or, they have a sick child who needs Reiki now!
6. Book a call with me at the website if you have particular needs to address i.e. new diagnosis or ongoing issues and we'll come up with the best Reiki care plan for you.
7. There is no known difference between the power of a distance Reiki session compared to an in person session.
8. Many clients prefer distance sessions. It's all about preference.
9. If you don't like being touched, or can't get a massage or other therapies for medical reasons- this is your session!
10. If you're house bound, hospitalized, traveling where you can't get in person Reiki- book this kind of Reiki session.
11. If you're outside Rome, somewhere in the world, but really feel pulled to get Reiki from me or a particular Reiki practitioner- this is your session.
12. I've done distance Reiki sessions effectively on animals. For example, after being spayed/neutered, on older pets in pain, or for the rowdy ones. 🤣
Distance Reiki offers healing care when it's not otherwise possible.
