Our new Morning Yoga sessions invite You to slow down, reconnect, and create balance for body and mind—surrounded by the beauty of the Dolomites.

Join us every Tuesday at 7.30 am for a gentle and uplifting practice guided by Steffy Bergmann. Suitable for all levels—no previous experience needed.

Take a deep breath. Move with intention. Start Your morning differently.
