SAFETY IS NEVER JUST ABOUT ONE PERSON.

At SCM Frigo, safety is not simply a set of rules, procedures or protective equipment. It is a shared responsibility.

That is why we decided to stop our daily activities for a moment and bring โ€œOCIO โ€“ Safety Takes the Stageโ€ directly into SCM Frigo.

Not another conventional training session, but a different way to talk about workplace safety: through theatre, real experiences and emotions that make us think about the consequences behind every decision we make.

As Nicola Pignatelli, MD of SCM Frigo, highlighted:

โ€œSafety is not a subject that allows for selfishness. We cannot think: โ€˜it concerns me and the risks I choose to take.โ€™ Because it doesnโ€™t. The consequences of an accident extend beyond the individual. They affect families, colleagues and the people around us.โ€

Knowledge matters. Training matters. Equipment matters. But ultimately, safety becomes real when knowledge turns into decisions, behaviours and shared responsibility.

Thank you to all our colleagues and guests who took part, and to Sviluppo Formazione and Raggi di Luce Servizi for bringing OCIO to SCM Frigo.

A special thank you to Filippo Giacinti, Regional Councillor of the Veneto Region, and Angela Furlanetto, Mayor of Santโ€™Angelo di Piove di Sacco, for their presence.

Because talking about safety is important. Making it part of how we work, every day, is what really matters.
