How are you doing today?

⛈️ After finding in the last days, my mood has definitely become a little bit grey -or maybe blue!
Surely because of the rainy weather And because I’m having my period in these days, I’m feeling the need to embrace this mood, to welcome these emotions I usually have the tendency to push away.

🔥 So I’m going to stay here, next to the fireplace, quiet, with a hot cup of made with , and : I found this flavour very helpful if I’m experiencing or if I feel a little bit depressed or low in energy.
