There are no words or images that can truly capture the feeling of Bali and what emerged from 7 days of Bali Soulscape: An Elemental Journey. โจ
From the very first evening, we created something sacred together. We opened the week with a flower mandala ceremony, sharing our intentions openly without knowing one another yet, but all with the similar hope of reconnecting to themselves and nature, and learning practices they can bring home with them when life becomes overwhelming.
Over seven days we traveled through Five Elements: Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Space. Each one asking something different of us, each one revealing something we hadn't expected to find.
We slowed down. We went inward. We explored our inner landscapes: our roots, our shadows, our emotions, our stories, our purpose. We wrote, colored, moved, and sat in silence together. We did shadow work and found the gold hidden inside it. We wrote letters to ourselves, weeded out limiting beliefs and planted seeds of hopes and dreams. We discovered our Soulscapes.
We had our own private yoga shala and pool at the Sanctuary Zone where led us through the most beautiful intuitive and somatic flow each morning ๐งโโ๏ธ
We immersed ourselves in the sacred springs of Tirta Empul, one of Bali's most ancient water temples, praying, releasing, and allowing the water to cleanse what we were ready to let go of. ๐
And on our final evening, we closed with a sacred fire ceremony. Each of us offered our limiting beliefs, our fears, and everything we were ready to release into the flames. And watched as fire did what fire does best: transformed it all into light.
What came home with each of us is something no caption can hold.
If you feel called to journey through a sacred space like this, my next retreat is in Southern Italy ๐ฎ๐น August 29 โ September 4. Send me a message or find the link in my bio. I would love to journey with you.
