Strategic Infrastructure Node: Improvement of North Isa Town Junction, Kingdom of Bahrain 🇧🇭🛣️🌀

We FPT - Fluid Power Technology successfully supplied our heavy-duty 400-ton to Alghanim international for the complex lifting operations required to convert four Spherical Bridge Bearings on this critical infrastructure hub.

To guarantee absolute reliability under these challenging loads, all cylinders were fully tested and certified in the presence of TÜV, ensuring compliance with the highest international safety and performance standards before heading to the site.

The supply phase of this project unfolded under extraordinary circumstances as the outbreak of war directly impacted international shipping routes, turning a standard procurement into a high-stakes logistical challenge.
Despite geopolitical roadblocks and severe supply chain disruptions, we did not halt operations. Components were manufactured, secured, and delivered exactly where they were needed.

Bridge Maintenance in Arctic Conditions: Precision Lifting in Luleå Sweden❄️
In Northern Sweden, weather always has the final word.
Together with Svevia, FPT - Fluid Power Technology had to wait for the long Arctic winter to finally loosen its grip before starting operations in Luleå. Temperatures dropped as low as -18°C, forcing a delay to this critical bridge maintenance project.
As soon as conditions allowed, operations began.

👉 The mission: replacement of 10 out of 24 bridge bearings as part of an essential infrastructure maintenance program.

💡 The challenge: working in extreme environmental conditions while ensuring maximum safety, precision, and full load control.

✅ The solution: FPT - Fluid Power Technology supplied high-pressure hydraulic equipment, including high-tonnage jacks and split flow power units, enabling controlled lifting of the bridge spans with millimetric accuracy.
A special thanks to Svevia for the excellent site management, logistics coordination, and operational ex*****on under demanding Arctic conditions.
