Te invitamos a profundizar en la segunda parte de la serie preliminar de Yantra Yoga: Lungsang. Un taller de 2,5 horas dedicado a completar los 8 movimientos para purificar el Prana, esta vez guiado por la instructora Carmen Torres. 🧘🏻‍♀️

¿Qué completaremos en esta Parte II?
🌀 La serie Lungsang une movimientos fluidos con la respiración y retenciones precisas. En este taller profundizaremos en la práctica para:
✅ Dominar la secuencia completa de los 8 movimientos.
✅ Seguir potenciando la capacidad pulmonar y la purificación del Prana.
✅ Encontrar un estado de relajación profunda, ideal para la meditación.

Tanto si estuviste en la primera parte como si quieres sumarte ahora a la práctica, este taller interactivo e impartido en español te dará herramientas clave para equilibrar cuerpo y mente. 🏔️📜

Meaning literally "loosening the joints," this practice works beautifully on both major and minor joints to keep your body healthy, flexible, and fully energized. It is the perfect starting point for anyone interested in Tibetan Yoga, regardless of your experience level.

🧘🏽‍♀️ We are honored to be guided by Fazilia Nigmatullina:
Certified in 2015 under Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, she has taught internationally, including at the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives in Dharamshala, India, and currently offers regular classes in Tbilisi, Georgia. Alongside her dedication to Yantra Yoga, Fazilia is also an amazing traditional Tibetan Thangkaist, bringing an incredible sense of presence, precision, and beauty to her teaching.
