Cinzia Olivanti, MS, MA, is the founder and Principal Consultant of Lunacor Health Collaborative, LLC, a US-based consulting firm that partners with healthcare organizations, professionals, and community partners to strengthen communication, service access, and individual engagement in care journeys. With over twenty years of experience in healthcare education, language access, patient engagement, and quality improvement, Cinzia develops patient and client education, training, outreach, and navigation support initiatives. Her work helps people better understand information, services, and potential pathways, fostering more informed participation and greater continuity. Through Lunacor, she builds national and international collaborations that connect patients and clients with appropriate professionals, organizations, and resources. Special focus is dedicated to strengthening referral pathways, intercultural communication, and building reliable bridges between healthcare systems and communities. Her approach is guided by the Lunacor Bridge Framework™️ — Listen, Educate, Connect, Improve, Sustain — and integrates health literacy, improvement science, partnership development, and culturally responsive practices. Cinzia speaks fluent Italian, English, and Spanish and also serves as the Regional Coordinator of the U.S. Health Literacy Association.
