Listening Lounge Jersey The Listening Lounge provides mental health & wellbeing support for adults aged 18 and over.

All our services are free and can currently be accessed by visiting us at our address or contacting us to book an appointment time.

🤔Thinking of counselling ? The Listening Lounge provides counselling at no cost | Read on or follow the link to find out more...

🔎Counselling falls under the umbrella term ‘talking therapies’. It provides a safe, confidential space to share any problems or difficult experiences you may encounter, without judgement. Counselling can be tailored to you and offers an opportunity to explore thoughts and feelings in more depth and look at problems from new perspectives.

👉 How To Self Refer for Counselling | No cost involved

💻You're able to self-refer to our counselling service by completing a short form (follow the link). We then arrange an initial assessment for you with one of our counselling team. (You can select on the form how you would prefer for us to contact you) 📞

⏰ Following this, if we are an appropriate service to support you, you can meet with your counsellor on an individual basis, usually at weekly intervals for up to 16 sessions.

📍 If an alternative service will be best placed to support you, your counsellor will discuss these options with you. We're able to refer to several other services. You can also use our informal service at any time by calling or visiting us Mon-Sat 10am-8pm.

❤️ It was so heartwarming to hear about all the hard work they put in to spreading awareness around mental health with such kindness and warmth. And leaving rocks for others to feel connected and to know someone cares is such a wonderful idea.
