This “constant productivity issue” is so underrated and too many souls I know really suffer from it 🙉 They just cannot give themselves a permission to rest and slow down no matter what 🏃‍♀️ It’s so engrained from our childhood or societal expectations etc. I was once running a million miles an hour too, I don’t know how I did it 🥵
Really not healthy for us. Your body will keep on asking for a better balance, often brutally by making you sick or injured. Please listen 🤗 Wa are allowed to rest, and often it’s the most productive and beneficial thing for us to do 🫶🏻

The last two sessions have literally blown my mind entirely 🥰 My heart is so full and they both feeling the immense lightness and changes in their mind, body & heart and also as a married couple. The husband was day before the wife 🩷💙
Lots of ancestral healing , emotions deeply released and also deep physical repair on the cellular level, including a serious disease. The blood tests will confirm it in a couple of months 🙏💚 ❣️
