Our Friday lunchtime just got a whole lot better 🙌 A huge shoutout to Little Lux for the feast they prepared for us. From beautiful wraps to an epic cheese spread and a fruit platter so stunning it could grace the Kings birthday table, every single bite was yummy 😋

We had the pleasure of welcoming Adam Meakins to 🇯🇪 last weekend for his renowned shoulder course and what are two days it was!
We already felt confident in our shoulder assessment and treatment but Adam took that to a whole new level. Mythbusting, evidence based, rehab focused and genuinely good fun. Exactly what CPD should look like😊If you’re a Physio and you’ve not done this course yet, put it at the top of your list. Highly, highly recommended.👏

For the first time (maybe ever) physiotherapists have been acknowledged for their contributions to sport. We have quite a few unsung heroes/heroines in our clinic. These clinicians quietly go about their business without fanfare.
Our clinic makes a meaningful contribution to clients wellbeing, return to work, participation in sport as well as enhancing sporting performance.
