📢 Cancellation & No-Show Policy Reminder

Please remember that appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

If you do not attend your appointment, a 100% no-show fee will apply, regardless of whether you confirmed your appointment beforehand.

When you book, that time is reserved especially for you. Missed appointments leave our therapists with gaps that are extremely difficult to fill at short notice.

Our girl Luna is back!!!

And to celebrate we are giving you 20% off all treatments with Luna for the month of September..

A little bit about Luna…♥️

She is a fully qualified and very talented Nail technician.. she is a perfectionist and has attention to detail so if you want nail art she will be more than happy to help.. but please allow extra time and tell us in advance of your booking..

She is one of our younger therapist’s 🥰 but please do not underestimate her ability.. Luna has been practicing and doing nail clients and beauty treatments for a few years now!

Luna is completing her Level 3 in beauty therapy this year at highlands and we will be supporting her the whole way.. she has already completed her level 2 and will also be putting her skills of waxing and lash and brow treatments into practice, so watch this space.
