Dear clients,

I am really sorry that I have let some of you down with regards to your upcoming appointment(s). As I have explained to the people I have contacted thus far, my father had a really bad accident just over 2 weeks ago back home. Due to the severity of his injuries, he had to be put into a coma.
Unfortunately the prognosis is not looking good and as a result of all of this I had to make the decision to travel home to see him and be with my family in this difficult time. I understand this is not an ideal situation for all the clients that had upcoming appointments booked with me, but please note that I’m trying really hard to move all the appointments to another member of the team. If possible, the same day and time will be allocated, however please note this is not always possible due to team members already booked up for that day/time.

If you have not been contacted yet and your appointment has been affected, you will be contacted in due course.
