first though, thank you. genuinely. for being so patient and supportive while we figured this all out this past year. getting to know so many of you, watching our regulars become friends, it’s been everything. You are the reason we keep doing this x

quick clarity bit: Alma Sana (health store + coffee bar) and Willow (candles + workshops) are two completely separate businesses sharing one space 🤝 if that’s ever confused you, hopefully that clears it up!

this summer has been a SWEATY one so we’re just glad we could be your lil iced-drink oasis to come cool off in ☕🧊

speaking of which Alma Sana’s brand new drinks menu + seasonal drops land September 21st. Healthy drinks but still unreal & fun!⚡️⚡️⚡️ ☕️

Protein’s not the villain here by any means but solely focusing on protein 3 times a day will catch up with you. Fibre isn’t optional. It’s the thing optimising how protein is digested inside of you.

Ceremonial Cacao & MJ what more is there to want on a morning like this 🤷🏻‍♀️

Come get a natural boost of theobromine with our Ecuadorian cacao we picked up at medicine festival! You are also getting magnesium, iron, good fats, fibre and phosphorus amongst other goodness.

Our last batch was Peruvian and we can’t work out which one we like better 🤔

Have it on its own with water for a ‘shot’ or with a touch of honey & coconut milk for a smoother experience x

Both Alma Sana and Willow (separate businesses) are going on our holibobs tomorrow!

The drinks bar & shop will be open from 10-3 Thursday to Saturday but will be on a reduced menu, summer specials and basic coffees only 🍵 (you can buy products etc as normal)

The shop will be CLOSED MONDAY 17th ❗️

Thank you for bearing with us as we go through this wobbly first year of juggling other things in order to get this going. We will get to a point where we’re open consistently but right now it is what it is! Love seeing you all enjoy what we’re putting out at AS and sorry for any inconvenience this may cause

Location is the Alma Sana Shop on Beresford street. Join us for 45 mins of Pilates by the amazing Vanessa , followed by a drink break then headspace and prompted journaling. Space to help you stay focused and consistent with your goals x

Our Sunday Reset Club was a vibe ✨

A small group, some movement, a warm drink in hand, a bit of quiet, and some time to actually sit and think about the month that’s just been and the one that’s coming.

Thankyou to all the ladies who joined the feedback has been great! And to Amanda, who guided us through her yoga practice and breath work.

We do this every first Sunday of the month - next one’s 6th September.
