Our team is en route to the Pharmacy, via whatever roads they can use to get to work. The Pharmacist on duty is unfortunately having to take a long route from St Ouen, onto the Five Mile Road, then to St Helier via St Brelade, as all other routes from St Ouen are blocked.

We aim to be open at 8.15am, but it may be slightly later, depending on how accessible some roads are.

Please be patient if you have to wait a little longer than usual for your prescriptions.

With the impending Storm Goretti moving in, we wish to inform you that we have made the decision to send our staff home earlier than usual tonight.

At present, Cleveland Pharmacy will be closing at 6pm this evening, but possibly earlier, as we keep our eye on the weather and take advise from relevant authorities.

Judging by how busy it's been today, we hope most of you have already been in to collect any medication. Thank you to our amazing team who have worked so extra hard today. Remember to be kind to them.

We aim to open at 8.15am tomorrow, but we will assess what time we are able to open in the morning, dependant on our team being able to get in to work safely.

As Storm Ciarán approaches, we have taken the decision, for the safety of our staff and customers, that we will NOT be opening tomorrow (Thursday).

We are hoping to re-open, as normal, on Friday at 8.15am.

We will advise on our page should Friday's opening time need to change.

Well, that's us done for a few days. The Cleveland Pharmacy Team are now off to celebrate Christmas with their families and those dear to them.

We've enjoyed being able to see so many of you in the lead up to Christmas this year. We've missed seeing quite a few of our regulars that have Covid at the moment, but wish you all well very quickly.

We'd like to wish our fabulous Pharmacy Team a huge thank you for all your hard work at this very busy time of year and for also stepping up, working many hours of overtime, managing to keep the Pharmacy open throughout the year, during such difficult times of staff shortages. Enjoy your well deserved break and time off.

The Pharmacy will re-open on Wednesday 28th December at 8.15am. The Team look forward to seeing you all again soon.

PHARMACY CLOSURE

Just like the rest of the world, Jersey Pharmacies are suffering from being very short staffed.

Please note, we have had to make the decision to close from 1pm today for the rest of today, as we do not have adequate staff to open the Pharmacy.

We will re-open at 9am tomorrow. Please be kind to the staff that showed up today and those that will be on duty tomorrow.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
