Wow almost at the end of my propolis creme tube 😔 better order another one for me 😍 this has lasted me ages this is the same tube from back in July 😲 I use a small amount every morning. I love this product wouldn't be with it ❤️

Sorry I have been so quiet for awhile 😐

Can't believe its April already this year is flying by 😮

Talking about flying by summer is right around the corner ☀️ 😊

Have you been thinking about doing a C9 to get ready for the summer, so you feel and look better, or even the F15 if you are ready to move on and tone up with getting back into exercising for the summer.

I will be starting a C9 soon too, I love doing the C9 this will be my Forth time I think I have lost count 😂 and I have done the F15 once so I am able to offer you support and advice 😊

I have been suffering terribly with a headache the past few days 😩

I had forgotten all about my Heat Lotion could have saved me from feeling like this for so long 🙈
