Having the opportunity to work alongside Stephen Francis was truly remarkable.

I started out as an athlete, but my journey eventually transitioned into sports massage therapy, and Stephen Francis played a major role in that transition. He was one of the people who helped me understand the importance and value of sports therapy and recovery in Jamaica.

I honestly believe that without his influence and the opportunities he created, sports therapy may not have become as recognized and respected within Jamaica’s sporting community as it is today.

Because of the foundation he helped build, I have had the privilege of travelling the world, working alongside national athletes, and gaining experiences.

Stephen Francis has done great things—not only for Jamaica and Jamaican athletics, but also for the people fortunate enough to work closely with him. I am grateful to have been one of those people.

His impact extends far beyond the track. He has helped shape careers, create opportunities, and influence an entire generation of people within sports.
