JAMSA SCOPE

JAMSA SCOPE We aim to promote enhanced knowledge & cooperation between medical students & other health professionals, through the international exchange of students.

What is SCOPE? The Standing Committee on Professional Exchange (SCOPE) is program underneath the International Federation of Medical Student's Association (IFMSA). Its aim is to promote international understanding and cooperation amongst medical students and all health professionals through international exchange of students. The exchange program offers students unique educational and cultural exp

erience in addition to the regular medical curriculum. It also helps to broaden the students understanding of medical and social conditions in different countries. Every member of the UWI student body should be a member of SCOPE as it promotes the cultural diversity, international exposure, and the development of a global understanding of healthcare. There are over 78 countries worldwide where medical students can explore medical and social culture and walk away with a lifelong experience!
