I have shocked a few people in my time by telling them (and sometimes the folks that referred them) "I will not work with you if you have BS excuses." - and often they are surprised when I do. Now, don't get me wrong, I did not say that I have not (and sometimes do) used some myself. OK, so I was not quarantined during this COVID crisis, I trudged to work every day and had to find ways to calm the persons who were in isolation, or nervously working in the office. I had no time to worry for myself, it was organize and strategize, no down time at all. I have seen all the various posts and read with a little jealousy about the wonderful and exciting time some are having reconnecting with their creative sides, rebuilding and strengthening personal relationships and connections. This week, one of my clients called me. These days with COVID-19 many of the calls I receive are 'just checking in' ones, which always brighten my day. This one though, was a call for help. As practitioners we always get the remarks and concerns from folk who think CAM is all gooblygoop. I always recommed that you read and do some research on your own before judging. Mainstream medicine is not perfect.
