I would like to introduce you to Jamaica. Living and interacting amongst the locals. Understanding how others live their life. When we turn on our tap water, it comes out, and HOT!

I began my yoga practice after the death of my daughter and end of my marriage. I knew yoga was going to heal my body as a special needs mother. My daughter was total care for 10 years. Nearly killed me while giving her the best quality is life this world can offer. Everyday, I keep learning new and wonderful things about my body and my perseverance, and want to share in these experiences. It’s not easy to pick ourselves up and keep living.

I am hosting a 5 days, 6 nights in Jamaica! August 18-23. We will be staying at Zion Country, a gated guest house. Space is limited to 6 guests. Price is $1500.00.
*What’s not included: airfare, lunch, souvenirs, and alcohol.
