Today was A LOT! The heat drained me before I even got to the gym. And by the time I started to workout , the gym giving no mercy so I really had to push myself,

But I got it done anyway ; because I know … your body doesn’t get stronger on easy days, it gets stronger on days like these - the hot draining days!

After 40, strength training matters more; so every workout is an investment in your energy, your strength, and how you feel in your body years to come.

So if you pushed through today in this ridiculous heat.. yeah! Big up…that’s the way to go
