في إدارة صحة القطعان، يبقى الأمن الحيوي (Biosecurity) العامل الأكثر تأثيرًا في تقليل الضغط المرضي وتحسين الأداء الإنتاجي.

في Mobedco، نعتمد مقاربة علمية قائمة على أن فعالية برامج التعقيم لا ترتبط بالمادة الفعالة فقط، بل بمنهجية التطبيق ككل.

🔬 المحددات الحرجة لنجاح التعقيم:

إزالة المواد العضوية قبل التعقيم (Organic load reduction)
الالتزام بالتركيزات الموصى بها لتجنب underdosing أو overdosing
تحقيق زمن تلامس كافٍ (≥10 دقائق في معظم التطبيقات السطحية)
ضمان التغطية الكاملة للأسطح (Surface coverage)
اختيار طريقة التطبيق المناسبة (Spray / Foam / Soak / Fogging)

💧 أنظمة المياه – النقطة الأكثر إهمالًا والأعلى خطورة:
تُعد الـ Biofilm بيئة مثالية لاستمرار العوامل الممرضة ومقاومتها لبرامج التعقيم التقليدية.
لذلك، يتطلب التحكم الفعّال:

توزيع كامل للمحلول داخل الشبكة
زمن تلامس ≥30 دقيقة (روتيني) و≥60 دقيقة في حالات التلوث العالي
تطبيق تركيزات تصل إلى 2% في برامج إزالة الـ Biofilm
دعم التعقيم بإجراءات ميكانيكية (Flushing / Mechanical disruption)

🚜 Biosecurity عند نقاط الدخول:

تعقيم الأحذية (Boot dips) بتركيز 1% مع ≥30 ثانية تلامس
تعقيم المركبات مع التركيز على العجلات والـ undercarriage
تعقيم المعدات قبل الدخول (0.5–1%)

🚨 أثناء التفشيات المرضية (Outbreak Management):
التعامل الفعّال يتطلب:

تقسيم الموقع إلى مناطق (Red / Orange / Green)
رفع تركيزات التعقيم إلى 2% في المناطق عالية الخطورة
زيادة وتيرة التعقيم خاصة للأسطح عالية التلامس
تقييد حركة الأفراد والمعدات مع تطبيق sanitation barriers
