A well-established pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lab Supervisor to join its team.
🔬 Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to laboratory staff.
* Ensure laboratory activities comply with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements, and SOPs.
* Lead staff training, competency assessments, and professional development programs.
* Oversee laboratory administrative activities, including staff scheduling, coordination, and policy implementation.
* Support test validation, method development, procedure preparation, and technical documentation.
* Monitor laboratory performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Establish effective communication and collaboration between laboratory staff and management.
* Promote a strong culture of quality, compliance, teamwork, and professional excellence.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering,chemistry or a related scientific field.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant laboratory experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong knowledge of laboratory quality systems and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, quality-driven environment.
