اليوم الثاني من ورشة استئصال الرحم بالتنظير في مشفى التوليد الجامعي – دمشق

شهد اليوم الثاني من ورشة العمل الخاصة باستئصال الرحم بالتنظير تفاعلاً علمياً مميزاً، بمشاركة الدكتور خالد ساميز (Dr. Khaled Sameez)، والدكتور خلف السبيت (Dr. Khalaf Sbait) من ألمانيا، والدكتور أيمن سليمان (Dr. Ayman Suleiman) من دمشق، والدكتور أحمد الصياصنة (Dr. Ahmad Sayasneh) عبر الإنترنت من المملكة المتحدة.

تم خلال العمليات شرح الخطوات الأساسية لاستئصال الرحم بالتنظير، مع التركيز على النهج الجراحي المنهجي (Systematic Approach)، وتشريح جدار الحوض (Pelvic Sidewall Dissection)، ومتى تستدعي الحالة القيام بذلك، مع استعراض أهم المعالم التشريحية والنقاط التقنية التي تساعد على إجراء العملية بأمان وكفاءة.

أُنجزت جميع العمليات بنجاح ومن دون أي مضاعفات، وسط نقاشات علمية مثمرة وتفاعل كبير من الحضور، مما يعكس أهمية التدريب العملي وتبادل الخبرات في تطوير جراحة المناظير النسائية.

تأتي هذه الورشة ضمن حملة شفاء، وضمن أنشطة FAGOS International Liaison Group، الهادفة إلى تعزيز التعاون العلمي، وبناء جسور المعرفة بين العالم العربي والغرب، ودعم التعليم والتدريب في الجراحة النسائية المتقدمة.

Day Two of the Laparoscopic Hysterectomy Workshop at the University Maternity Hospital, Damascus

The second day of the laparoscopic hysterectomy workshop was marked by excellent scientific interaction and engagement, with the participation of Dr. Khaled Sameez, Dr. Khalaf Sbait from Germany, Dr. Ayman Suleiman from Damascus, and Dr. Ahmad Sayasneh joining online from the United Kingdom.

During the live surgical sessions, the fundamental steps of laparoscopic hysterectomy were demonstrated and discussed, with particular emphasis on the systematic surgical approach, pelvic sidewall dissection, the indications for undertaking this step, and the key anatomical landmarks and technical principles required to perform the procedure safely and effectively.

All procedures were completed successfully without complications, creating an excellent educational environment and stimulating valuable scientific discussions among the participants.

This workshop was held as part of the Shifa Campaign and the activities of the FAGOS International Liaison Group, with the aim of strengthening scientific collaboration, building bridges between the Arab world and the West, and advancing education and training in minimally invasive gynaecological surgery.
