今日はいつも元気な和彫り女子😀🔥
今回は「桜」と「花札」をモチーフに、和彫り特有の波や流れを組み合わせてアレンジした作品です。
そして今回、桜の花びらはあえて「7枚」に🌸
日本では「七」は縁起の良い数字とされているので、こうした意味や縁起を作品に込めることも、刺青では大切なことだと思っています。
ただ綺麗なだけではなく、意味を持たせる。
それも和彫りの面白さのひとつですね🔥

This piece combines cherry blossoms and traditional Japanese Hanafuda cards, with flowing waves and movement inspired by the unique composition of Japanese tattooing.
For this piece, I intentionally designed the cherry blossom petals in groups of seven. 🌸
In Japan, the number seven has traditionally been considered a lucky number. For Japanese tattooing, incorporating meaning, symbolism, and good fortune into the design is just as important as the visual beauty.
Not just something beautiful, but something with meaning.
That is one of the things I love about traditional Japanese tattooing. 🔥
