今回は、弊社の取り扱っている『こんにゃく』という食品のことについてお話しさせていただきます🙇♂️まずは知っていただきたいことのひとつに、こんにゃくの主な成分は水であります。弊社は奈良県というる盆地の地域に位置するため、盆地の特徴でもある濾過の作用で水が綺麗な地域となります。原材料のこんにゃく芋から造る『生芋こんにゃく』は、関西の特徴でもある出汁でも味がしみて、食感も普通の黒い板こんにゃくや、白い糸こんにゃくとは違い、食物繊維の量は基、セラミド(美肌効果のある成分)も含まれていたりと、またアレルギーもないので色んな人に食べていただける食品であるとともに、こんにゃくを食べる目的は、胃で消化されずに腸まで届くことで、腸にこびりついた汚れ(宿便)を落とすこと(整腸作用)にあると我々メーカーは考えています。健康と腸の綺麗さは比例するようです。皆様の健康のおともになることのできる食品であることをまずはお知らせしたいと思います。
