LOSE 11KG HOW WILL YOU LOOK
Mother diapers to find shape after giving birth. Still the same clothes. But the weight has changed
Starting 3/5 - 23/7 from 75kg- 64kg. (The next 10 days due to the epidemic, I couldn't take weight). I'm only half way through. My goal is about 54kg.
Today I want to share with you a little bit about how I eat and exercise to lose weight
🔰 First, after we weaned the baby, I lost weight. For me, children will be the first priority. I accept bad for the first 2 years and then I will finish. Increase will decrease. That's my determination
🔰 Monday about food. The first month I ate quite strictly. The main priority is boiled food. But by the second month, I was really bored. When I think about boiled chicken breast, I can't eat it. And I think weight loss is a long process. Listen to your body. Don't be too forceful. Only then can you eat it for a long time. As long as it's eaten in moderation, it doesn't matter whether it's fried or boiled. (For frying, use olive oil in preference). And it is not too important that chicken breast can be substituted for other types of meat to change meals. (But chicken breast is the cheapest so it's still preferred 😁)
About how and what to eat. Each person will have a different diet, so everyone needs to listen to their body to understand. Don't impose someone else's regime on your own. I consult and select to suit me. Weight loss start date. I have watched Deto's Tik Tok as well as joined the group a lot to learn and choose to apply for myself.
🔰 Cheat meal day. That day will be different from normal days, I will eat the food I like. I will eat a little more protein. For example, that day, I could eat half a boiled chicken. Or if I want to eat rice paper rolls. That day I could eat all 6 😂. Although I know it's a lot, in the following days I will no longer crave and re-enter the mode very easily. But still say no to junk food
🔰 About coffee. If you can't drink coffee, don't try. I also buy coffee and can't drink it. And I prefer to drink a lot of filtered water. Because coffee is not a weight loss drug. So don't force yourself to drink coffee
🔰 Regarding exercise, I do cardio and resistance training. Alternately skipping rope 2 times a week. All of them are my own practice on youtube
