Payment: You are not expected to provide payment until after each session. I am able to accept cash, check, card (this has a small additional charge), venmo, or zelle. I can also provide an itemized receipt for your payment.

Hours: My current hours for booking are from 10am-2pm Monday-Friday. I am willing to be flexible with these hours as needed. Feel free to reach out to me via Facebook messenger or email to schedule a time outside these hours if needed.

Pricing: All of my pricing is based on national averages for what the billing codes in physical therapy are typically reimbursed. A billing code is a specific code in physical therapy that is used to determine what services were provided and is billed based on a specific amount of time spent on that service. I believe in keeping all my pricing fair so the initial evaluation is a fixed price for all and the prices for each follow up session is based on fixed pricing of each billing code. An example of a billing code includes manual therapy, which can include message type techniques, in one session I may perform at least 8 minutes of this technique leading to billing one unit of manual therapy that is reimbursed at $30. To continue this example if you do a one hour session then I will charge 4 units total based on the time. This could mean 1 unit of manual therapy (1 unit equal to $15) and 3 unit of therapeutic exercise (1 unit equal to $17) which would equal a total of $66 for the session. Each follow up treatment session varies in price due to the various billing codes that are appropriate to provide the necessary care during the session. The lowest a follow up session could cost is $60 and the highest a follow up session could cost is $100. Below is listed all fixed costs for the initial evaluation and all billing codes.

Tricare information: Please be aware that I am considered as an out of network provider by Tricare overseas. A referral from your primary care physician is not necessary to seek care from Taking Flight Physical Therapy. When seeking care without a referral you are using the point of service option from Tricare. The point of service option means that you are paying the provider directly for their services instead of paying a co-pay with insurance covering any additional fees.
