　日常の料理をプロの料理人が選ぶ塩、オリーブオイルをベースにして、いつもの食材で作れる「ひと手間ランチ」をお伝えし、
　お客様が新しい発見、美味しさを体験できるような店舗を目指してまいります。

We are happy to announce that we are to launch brand new shop at two cool premises in Tokyo; Kagurazaka and Yanaka. There people can pop in for organic light meal as well as specific salts and olive oil line-up. Our theme for those shops are; “Create a kind of delightful atmosphere for people that enables good Knowledge, good Appetite and good Net-working”. Based on intensively and professionally selected salt and olive oil, we would be happy to make small surprises, findings, good tastes for meal at home with tiny but specific POINTs and TIPs, recommended by our experts and partners.
