ご案内/Announcements (English below):

1) 回数券の販売は11月30日を以って終了します。
2) 12月1日から12月28日までドロップイン（１回）価格は2,500円です。（現金のみ。その他のディスカウントは適用できません。）
3) 全てのチケットの有効期限は2017年12月28日を以って終了します。返金及び期限の延長は受付できかねますことをご了承ください。

1) Ticket sales end after Nov. 30.
2) Dec. 1-28, 2017, single-class attendance is 2500 yen. (Cash only. No other discounts apply.)

From Meg, FURLA yoga's Prenatal Yoga instructor:
"Today we used chairs and other props. I’m a huge fan of yoga props as it helps make yoga postures accessible to all! No matter how far along they are in pregnancy (we have students here 38wks, 34wks and 27wks) they can take the gentler option or more active. Love my job!!"

昨日のフルラヨガのスペシャルクラスにはたくさんの生徒さんが集まって下さってありがとうございました。アイアンガーヨガで代表されるリラックスのためのアサナを少なかったですがやらせていただきました。また不定期ですが他の先生のclassも木曜日にあり､わたしもまた､12月28日にさせていただきますので是非､参加して下さい。お待ちしています。
