お待たせ致しました！前回大変好評だったクッキング講座第二弾をこのたび開催致します。
お店のオーナーのご好意、そして素敵なひろみさんのご好意により、人気店　麻布十番にあります　Pizza Strada 　で行う事が決定致しました。ご協力どうもありがとうございます！

It's been freezing here in Tokyo. When I checked yesterday, the temperature was lower than that of Chicago. Despite the below zero temperature, the salon members have diligently come to relax both mentally and physically. Thank you, dear members, and thank you my wonderful instructor and manager! サロンの会員の皆様、大変お寒い中、足を運んでくださいまして誠にありがとう。（雪が舞う米国シカゴよりも低い温度の今日このごろ）素敵なインストラクターのみなさま、どうもありがとう。そして、マネージャーの由紀子さん、ありがとう。

Salon M held a special cooking class with the dear members on 12/16. Chef Hara from Mille Foglie (located in Shibuya) was our guest. He was with Il Pinolo at the start of his career, and after being with a several other different restaurants, he had opened his own in 2010. Chef Hara gave us a lesson on how to make a gorgeous Christmas meal comprised of rosemary chicken on top of creamy mushroom resotto and mozzarella and tomato pasta with basil. Beautiful colors that were truly inviting! Thank you, Hara-san! And also special thanks to a dear friend Hiromi Lawson for coordinating this special event!
サロンMは2011年の締めくくりとして、12/16に会員様の為の特別企画として、ミッレフォーリエのオーナーシェフの原さんをゲストとしてお呼びし、お料理教室を開催。原シェフはイルピノーロから始められ、マリオと共にいくつかのレストランを経て、2010年にご自身のお店ミッレフォーリエを渋谷にオープンされました。原シェフからはクリスマスメニューを提案していただきました。クリーミーなマッシュルームリゾット、ローズマリーチキン、そして彩り豊かなモツレラチーズ、トマトとバジルのパスタ。見た目も味も本当に素晴らしく、感謝感激。原シェフ、どうもありがとうございました。そして親愛なる友人であるローソンひろみさん、特別企画を実現に導いてくださいましてどうもありがとうございました！

Salon M held a Christmas Party with the dear salon members on 12/4. Our guest was a professional pipe organist Natsuki Oi Ortiz and we had a wonderful live pipe organ concert where the children of the members were also present.
サロンMは１２／４に日頃お世話様になっている会員様と共にクリスマスの集いを設けました。ゲストとして国内外で活躍なさっているパイプオルガン奏者である大井オルティスなつきさんをお呼びし、会員様のお子様達もご一緒にパイプオルガンのコンサートを開催致しました。
