1. Sukhasana (Easy Seated Pose)
Despite its name, sitting comfortably is not always easy.
Sukhasana reminds us that yoga was never only about stretching, balancing, or achieving advanced poses. Traditionally, all the other postures were practiced to prepare the body for stillness — to remove discomfort, build strength, and create the conditions needed to sit with ease.
When we can sit comfortably, the doors to deeper practices like pranayama (breathwork) and meditation begin to open.
Sometimes the most important pose is not the most impressive one, but the one that allows us to simply be present. #沖縄ヨガ Mr
