🚀 From Kangundo to the Nation: Figo na Afya Mashinani is Officially Registered! 🇰🇪
Nurse Rose Gitau Figo na Afya Mashinani Nurse Rose
What started as a grassroots vision in the heart of Kangundo has officially taken flight. We are thrilled to announce the formal registration of Figo na Afya Mashinani (FAM)!
Our journey began with a simple but urgent mission: to bring kidney health awareness, early screening, and advocacy to the "Mashinani" (grassroots) communities where it is needed most!
Today, we transition from a local initiative to a registered organization ready to scale our impact across the entire nation and beyond.
🌍 Why This Matters
Kidney disease is often a silent struggle. By formalizing our movement, we are better positioned to:
* Scale the "Kidney Health Safaris":
- Taking our mobile screening clinics to every corner of Kenya.
* Partner for Progress:
-Collaborating with national health bodies and international partners to strengthen renal care.
* Empower Communities:
-Continuing our work of training local health volunteers and providing patient support.
💚 Meet the Team
This milestone belongs to our incredible team—the heartbeat of the Kidney Health Safaris. Their passion for community-led health is what transformed a village pilot into a national movement!
This is just the beginning. Together, we are ensuring that kidney health is not a luxury for the few, but a right for all.
How would you like to get involved in our mission to bring kidney health to the grassroots?
