Your snacks don't have to be boring. Seeds and nuts are some of the healthiest and tastiest snacks you can have. Here's why next time you should switch your mandazis, bread, samosas, sausages etc with some seeds & nuts:

*They're an excellent source of dietary protein and a good alternative to animal proteins.
*High in fibre thus good for your gut health
