The race is on, and SouthRift Hospital is ready to keep you safe and healthy throughout the Belgut Marathon 2026!

We are proud to partner with the Belgut Marathon to provide comprehensive medical and first-aid support before, during and after the race.

From pre-race health checks and basic screening to strategically placed first-aid stations and emergency response, our qualified medical team will be on standby to ensure runners, officials, volunteers and the community have the care they need.

COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP & WELLNESS OUTREACH

As part of our continued commitment to building meaningful partnerships and strengthening relationships with organisations and communities, we were honoured to join SDA Sunrise Kericho Church during their camp held on 12th and 13th August.

As the camp came to a close, we had the opportunity to provide medical check-ups, psychological and counselling services, and create awareness on the importance of prioritising good health and overall well-being.

Today, Southrift Hospital was honoured to host key representatives from the Social Health Authority (SHA) for a productive stakeholder sensitisation and engagement meeting.

We were privileged to welcome Mr. Peter Leitemu, SHA Kericho Branch Manager, and Dr. Mwira Ngambwa from the SHA Head Office in Nairobi. The session provided an invaluable opportunity to deepen our understanding of SHA processes, strengthen collaboration, and engage in meaningful discussions on healthcare service delivery.

The meeting also offered our facility an opportunity to present key concerns and share constructive feedback aimed at enhancing the implementation of SHA services for the benefit of our patients and the wider community.
