STROKE (APOPLEXY)
A STROKE is not a heart attack, but a brain attack. An artery in to the brain is obstructed or small blood vessels inside the brain burst.
There is calcium deficiency in the body, where the organic calcium has been burned out by a former fever or by an inheritance to an inorganic calcium which is devoid of life and does not sustain the muscle, nerve, and bone structure. This causes weakness and inability to use the organ involved.
STROKES are caused by atherosclerosis ( cholesterol plagues clogging the arteries of the neck and brain) or high blood pressure, which causes blood vessels in the brain to burst.
PREVENTION - The best way to prevent a stroke is to lower blood pressure and fat intake in the diet.
Alpha- linolenic acid is one of the group of omega-3 fatty acids.
Bromelain, ginkgo, vitamin C, E, & omega-3.
OXYGEN IS POWERFUL - Breath deeply as much and as often as you can. An alternative is a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, in which the atmospheric pressure is artificially raised and you are breathing pure oxygen. This can help with stroke recovery.
