• Spacing on teeth on upper and crowding on lower due to imbalanced jaw size (lower jaw wider and more frontwards compared to upper,hence upper teeth proclined to be able to reach the lower front teeth,compensatory proclination hence upper spacing)
• Lip incompetence

Treatment Done:
• Fixed Orthodontics( Braces) with extraction of lower first premolars followed by retainers.

Treatment Duration:
• 18months

What Next:
• Retention and Take Home Whitening.
