This is Libya 🇱🇾
1. It is the only country in Africa that doesn't have a VAT Tax, or a Sales Tax
2. The country also has no excise or property taxes, and mainly relies on oil for revenues
3. It doesn't have the traditional customs duties, though it does impose a 5% service fee on most imports
4. Customs duties were abolished in 2005, apart from To***co and To***co Products
5. It has the lowest personal income tax in Africa at 10% for the marginal top tier (and 5% for first tier)
For instance, some earning 500 USD per Month in Libya pays an income tax of roughly 38 USD
In Kenya 🇰🇪, the same 500 USD Monthly Salary would attract a personal income tax of 75 USD
Or Nigeria 🇳🇬, the same 500 USD would attract a personal income tax of 74 USD
