Before I became a Metabolic Balance Coach, I was searching for answers myself.

As a physician, I understood the science. I knew the importance of nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle. Yet despite trying different approaches, I still struggled to achieve the results I wanted for my own health.

That changed when I met Shelina and was introduced to Metabolic Balance.
