Dear MEN,

If you want to be a man who is in control of his life, respected, and financially secure, there are things you must never do when it comes to money.

Your financial state as a man determines more than just your bank account—it affects your confidence, relationships, opportunities, and even your mental health.

Too many men work hard but still end up broke. Why?
Because making money is one thing, but keeping and growing it is another.

If you don’t master your finances, you will always be at the mercy of another man.

Here are the financial mistakes that will keep you weak, stuck, and struggling forever:

1. Spending to Impress Instead of Investing to Progress:

If you’re spending money just to look rich, you’re setting yourself up to stay broke.

Research from the National Bureau of Economic Research shows that most wealthy people live below their means, while many middle-class and poor individuals spend more on luxury goods.

The real flex is ownership. Assets. Investments. Skills that print money. Not designer clothes you can’t afford.

2. Depending on One Source of Income:

If your entire financial life depends on one paycheck or one business, you’re playing a dangerous game.

The average millionaire has 7 sources of income—but most men have just one. If that one dries up, what happens? Panic. Struggle. Dependence.

Start building multiple streams of income. Even if you have a job, learn a skill, start a side hustle, invest.

3. Ignoring Financial Literacy:

Money has rules, and if you don’t learn them, you’ll keep losing.

A survey by the National Endowment for Financial Education found that about 70% of lottery winners go broke within a few years because they never understood how to manage wealth.

No matter how much you make, if you don’t know how to manage money, it will disappear.

Read books on finance, study wealthy men, and apply what you learn. Ignorance is expensive.

4. Taking on Debt for the Wrong Reasons:

There’s good debt and bad debt.

Good debt makes you richer—like borrowing to invest in a business or real estate.

Bad debt makes you poorer—like buying things you can’t afford just to show off.

If you’re always borrowing money for liabilities, you’re digging a financial grave.

5. Relying on “Luck” Instead of Strategy:

Men who wait for a “big break” or a “lucky opportunity” will remain broke while others are strategically creating wealth.

Success is lengineered, not wished for. It’s the result of planning, action, and discipline.

Stop waiting for a miracle. Become the miracle through smart moves.

6. Failing to Invest Early:

A study by the Federal Reserve shows that those who start investing in their 20s are far more likely to retire wealthy than those who wait until their 30s or 40s.

Even if you’re making little now, start saving and investing. The earlier you start, the bigger your financial freedom.

7. Letting Women Control Your Financial Decisions:

A real man leads his own financial life.

Too many men make money decisions to impress or please women—buying gifts they can’t afford, taking on expensive dates when they’re struggling, or funding lifestyles they can’t sustain.

A woman should respect your vision, not drain your wallet. Any woman who truly values you will support your financial growth, not sabotage it.

BOTTOM LINE:

Your financial freedom is in your hands. If you keep making these mistakes, you will always be struggling, dependent, and limited.

But if you take control—get financially educated, build multiple income streams, invest wisely, and spend smartly—you will always be a man in control of his destiny.

HOW TO PROTECT YOUR MARRIAGE!

Even if you are married to the best spouse in the whole world, if you do not guard your heart, you may end up "falling in love" with someone aside your spouse and eventually ruin your
marriage.

No one gets married and plans to have affair but lots of married men and women are into affairs today because they slept when they should have been wide awake with their five senses alert.

1. Don't be too friendly with the opposite s*x. This is where lots of married people land in trouble. Over spirituality and pride will destroy your marriage! You can't handle close friendship with the opposite s*x as a married person.
Your heart is involved.
Set boundaries.
Be disciplined.
Be cordial.
Be respectful.
Be godly.
Be holy.

2. Don't share your personal problems with an opposite s*x friend. It will bond you together. Problems bond people.

3. Don't contact any opposite s*x you are fond of. If you secretly admire them, you are fond of them and there is a
tingling in your heart at the mere thought of them, don't contact!

4. Avoid unnecessary eye contact that lingers with the opposite s*x.

5. Don't tell an opposite s*x you are romantic or s*xy. That private information is for your spouse only.

6. Avoid discussions with the opposite s*x when you are tired, very sad, depressed, sorrowful, drowsy, sleepy or very sick. This can cloud your judgment and make you say silly things.
Talk to your husband/wife instead.

7. Avoid unnecessary compliment of the opposite s*x.

8. Stop saying "I love you" to the opposite s*x. For what?

9. Work on your Marriage. Keep the fire of love and romance alive in your Marriage.

10. Protect your Family.
Don't share your marital problems with your opposite s*x friend. It will bond you.

11. Never flirt with the opposite s*x.

12. Mind the pictures you post on social media. Limit pictures that show your curves or portray you as s*xy.

13. Do not contact all your EX after marriage.

14. Don't chat with the opposite s*x on the days you are vulneryable.

15. Stop focusing on your spouse's weaknesses and appreciate their strengths.

If you always see the bad side of your spouse, you will be angry, bitter, critical and look for someone who can "understand" you and make you happy aside your spouse. That is the beginning of an emotional affair and eventual s*xual affair. It is the beginning of the end of a once glorious marriage!

FLEE from all appearance of evil is what the Bible says.

What you will not eat, don't bring it to your nose. Don't smell it!
Don't start what you cannot finish!
Avoid all emotional and s*xual affairs. They will destroy your
marriage!

May you not take a step that will lead to eternal regret in Jesus' name.

😂 Sugar Does Not Cause Diabetes

Many believe a high-sugar diet directly leads to diabetes.

But is this really true?

Let’s break it down.

Glucose doesn’t cause diabetes.

Excess glucose is stored as glycogen in the liver and muscles.

Once glycogen stores fill up, the body converts the extra glucose into triglycerides (fat).

These triglycerides are stored in fat cells (adipose tissue).

If this cycle continues, it leads to excess fat accumulation—obesity.

This is why a high-sugar diet often leads to obesity.

But why do people say sugar causes diabetes?

The Real Cause of Type 2 Diabetes

1️⃣ Inflammation damages cell walls, making it harder for sugar to enter or stay inside the cells.

2️⃣ Mineral deficiencies (like magnesium and chromium) mean the cells lack the “pull” needed to absorb glucose properly.

3️⃣ Hormonal imbalances (like high cortisol) signal the liver to release excess glucose, flooding the bloodstream even when it’s not needed.

How Do You Reverse Type 2 Diabetes?

Instead of just avoiding sugar, focus on fixing insulin sensitivity:

✅ Reduce inflammation – Cut out refined oils and processed foods.

✅ Restore minerals – Eat whole, mineral-rich foods.

✅ Balance hormones – Lower stress and avoid overeating.

✅ Move more – Exercise forces glucose into cells without relying on insulin.

Type 2 diabetes isn’t just about sugar—it’s about how the body processes and uses it.

Rising cases of kidney disease, even among children?

You know the major causes?

1. Type 2 diabetes (uncontrolled high blood sugar). Kidney damage is one of the complications of T2D.

2. Hypertension (that is chronic high blood pressure).

3. Painkillers (NSAIDs) like your Ibuprofen that you take over the counter. Consuming them daily ain't good for your kidneys.

Sometimes the pain relievers are prescribed for conditions like arthritis. Even then, try to work on your diet and address the root cause.

Other times we give our kids paracetamol syrups every week to keep the fever down, manage a flu etc...

Work on your kids diet and their bodies will be strong enough to fight common colds without needing drugs

4. Smoking and alcohol consumption

6. Gut related issues eg indigestion, leaky gut etc.

A digestive system that's unable to properly digest food. Undigested or poorly digested proteins can damage the kidney.

Among others

Have you seen meat or salt there? No.

This is a lifestyle disease - the first two (diabetes and hypertension) come from insulin resistance that's caused by high sugar levels over a long period of time.

If you have a healthy lifestyle and diet, your immunity is going to be high and infections that could possibly damage the kidneys are dealt with by the body.

Remember over 80% of your immune cells are found in the gut.

To protect your kidney

1. Get sugar out of your diet. No metabolic function will stop if you don't consume sugar

2. Eat a proper human diet - animal proteins, healthy fats, vegetables and complex carbohydrates.

A low carbohydrate diet is key.

3. Fast often - 2 or 1 meal a day is okay for a healthy adult. Sometimes do shorter fasts other times do long fasts.

Kids don't need all those sugars and sweets. Give them real food. Let them eat while hungry.

4. Ensure you're well hydrated

5. Heal your gut through consuming fermented foods like sauerkraut and kefir milk. Add meat stock as part of your diet.

6. Manage stress and prioritize quality sleep. Stress affects all our organs so do the walks, stretch, exercise etc to keep the body at its best.

As we sleep deeply, the body is able to heal, rejuvenate and eliminate toxins.
