Synergy Yoga, is a collective of healing modalities that includes Synergy Flow (Vinyasa Yoga), Thai Massage, Synergy Movement, Meditation & Synergy Partner Yoga. We also offer Yoga Journeys (Retreats) to places that are rich in nature. Synergy is defined by the philosophy of strength in numbers together we are stronger then one by the self. This is the symbol of the circle.

We’re opening another space to share more about Safari to Sea, our Journey to Kenya with Haute Bodhi & Synergy.

This retreat was created as an experience of contrast and connection: safari, ocean, movement, culture, rest, and community woven into one journey.

From the landscapes of Nakuru to the shores of Lamu, Safari to Sea invites you to experience Kenya through presence, exploration, and shared practice.

Synergy Wellness Tips to open, decongest, and strengthen the shoulders.

Healthy shoulders need both space and support. When we create mobility with awareness and build strength progressively, the whole upper body begins to move with more ease.

1️⃣ Shoulder Release & Decompression
Gentle opening work helps reduce compression and create more space through the shoulder girdle. Move slowly and let the breath support the release.

2️⃣ Progressive Shoulder Strengthening
Load the shoulders with patience. As strength builds gradually, the joints become more stable, resilient, and capable of supporting healthy range of motion.

3️⃣ Inversions for Shoulder Integration
When practiced with proper alignment, inversions help organize the shoulders, improve support through the upper body, and bring intelligent strength into often overworked areas.

Move with patience. Shoulders respond best to steady attention, breath, and sustainable strength.

Thai Bodywork is a practice of presence, trust, and connection.

This moment comes from an international certification we led in Nairobi in 2025, where students came together to study, practice, and experience this art through the body.

A reminder that sometimes the deepest work happens when we slow down, listen, and support one another with intention.

This same spirit of shared practice is part of what we carry into our Synergy Journeys.
