Health, wellness and community came together at the CITAM Karen 10K Fundraising Walk and Family Fun Day, where we provided emergency medical cover and supported a shared commitment to preventive healthcare.
Our ambulance and emergency response team remained on standby throughout, ensuring prompt medical support for all participants.
We also used the platform to advance our Men’s Wellness Campaign, engaging attendees on the importance of proactive health and wellbeing.
The event further offered an opportunity to introduce The Hub Medical Centre, our new outpatient facility launching in Karen later this month, as our new centre of excellent healthcare for the community and its environs.

The sports era is back. So are sports injuries. Padel provides a comprehensive workout that boosts cardiovascular endurance, improves agility, and enhances hand-eye coordination. Because padel is highly addictive, beginners often play too frequently, leading to rotator cuff strains, tennis elbow, calf tears, and ankle sprains. Always complete a dynamic warm-up before playing, wear proper court shoes, and learn correct racket techniques to prevent joint overuse. Move smarter.
