Breast size is just determined fatty tïssue not milk making tissues. Fact is small breasts can produce as much milk same as larger breasts.
So mother with small breast will need to remove breastmilk more often so that the milk supply not affected like a mom with large breasts who will be able to go for a long stretch without affecting her milk supply.

Either you are thinking a baby get teeth to bite is time to end breastfeeding NOT TRUE
some babies never bite. all babies are different.
If bitting is at begging of a nursing session make sure baby is latching well or give her /she soothing tooth toy .most bitting likely to happen at end of a feed especially when baby is no longer hungry .

Milk coming in simply means increase in quantity and breastmilk begin to change from colostrum to mature milk after giving birth.
This can aslo delay in 25 % of the breastfeeding moms .
Breastmilk coming in is gradual change ..

If baby lost a bit of weight early days or baby is sick or premature time will vary or tàke longer time to regain birth weight.
This could be sign that breastfeeding is not going on well and need to evaluated .reach put to your doctor incase you baby is not gaining expected
