JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for compassionate and highly skilled Part-Time Homecare Nurses to provide personalized nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This role offers the unique opportunity to make a direct impact on patients' quality of life by delivering care that is tailored to their specific needs. You will work closely with physicians and families to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care, all while enjoying the flexibility of part-time hours. If you are passionate about patient-centered care and seek a role that offers both autonomy and professional fulfillment, we invite you to join our team of dedicated homecare nurses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct routine home visits to evaluate patient health and care requirements.

Collaborate with physicians and caregivers to develop personalized care plans.

Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments.

Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and health progress.

Provide wound care, including dressing changes and infection prevention.

Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and health management strategies.

Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.

Communicate regularly with healthcare providers about patient conditions and progress.

Maintain accurate health records and ensure thorough documentation of patient care.

Uphold safety standards and best practices in home healthcare.

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid nursing license (Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse).

Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in patient care.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

SCHEDULE:

Flexible part-time hours (specific days and times to be determined).

COMPENSATION:

Competitive daily rate, commensurate with experience.

Travel reimbursement, if applicable.
