**𝐌𝐲 𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝 .. 💜**
It's Monday morning...
And I still can't explain the excitement I feel whenever I know I'm about to meet a new mum.
Every home is different. Every baby is different.
And every mother has her own story.
Yet there is something I see in almost every new mum.
It's rarely spoken out loud.
It's hidden behind the smile, the congratulations, and the beautiful baby photos.
When we sit down and talk, it gently begins to surface...
*"Will I do this right?"* *"Will I cope once I'm home?"*
*"I'm so exhausted already."*
"I'm still so sore after giving birth."*
*"What if I can't settle my baby?"*
*"What if I don't know what to do?"*
These are real questions.
Not because mothers aren't capable...
But because no woman should be expected to navigate one of life's biggest transitions alone.
One of the greatest privileges of my work is watching the relief on a mother's face when she realises she doesn't have to figure it all out by herself.
Knowing that **Mum & Me** can walk alongside her—during the day, through the night, and in those quiet moments when confidence feels a little fragile—changes everything.
That's what personalised support means.
It means having someone in your corner.
Someone to reassure you.
Someone to answer the questions that keep you awake.
Someone who sees **you**, not just your baby.
Before I leave for each visit, there's one small tradition that's become very special to me.
I often take a beautiful **Kenyan Kikoy**—a gift just for Mum.
A simple symbol of warmth, comfort and love. Because while everyone celebrates the arrival of the baby...i believe we should never stop celebrating the woman who made that miracle possible.
To every mum who has trusted me to walk beside you during one of the most vulnerable seasons of your life...
**Thank you.**
It is a privilege I never take for granted. ❤️
**Are you expecting a baby or have you recently welcomed one into your family?**
I'd love to walk this journey with you.
