As we continue to mark Mental Health Awareness Month, the CSR Health Education Team held an engaging mental health talk with staff at Java House, creating a safe space to reflect, learn, and openly discuss emotional wellbeing in the workplace.

The session highlighted the importance of stress management, early support seeking, and building supportive environments where employees can thrive both personally and professionally.

Because mental health matters, at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
