Here at CMG, we noticed that you, our patients, really appreciate the chance to disconnect while your with us (particularly during these interesting times).

That's why instead of cluttering up your FB newsfeed with more posts, we'd prefer to not give you anymore reason to be here than necessary. We made the conscious decision to only post updates when necessary so that you've got less reason to be online.

So instead of refreshing your newsfeed, get offline and do something refreshing for yourself.

Clinical Myotherapy Group is still open for business. Your health and our health is important so we have updated our hygiene policy for everyone's safety during these uncertain times.

* Apologies for the lack of high fives, fist bumps or hugs during this time. As much as we like to high five or fist bump you on arrival, we will have to avoid this ritual for the time being.

* If you have had a cold or flu-like symptoms, please advise us & we can push your appointment two weeks
Note: if the therapist feels that you are showing symptoms they will ask you to reschedule on the day for other client and therapist safety.

* Please let us know if you have been overseas the past two weeks when due for an appointment.

* Please let us know if you have been in direct contact with someone infected with COVID-19, or in the vicinity of an event/workplace with confirmed cases.

* Wash your hands before and after your appointment for 20 seconds.

* We are also awaiting further information/direction from the WHO and government initiatives for any updated health policies and how this may affect Clinical Myotherapy Group's operation

Stay safe yet not fearful & remember to take care of yourself & each other during this time.
