I’ve been thinking a lot about this page and what I actually want to share moving forward.

For 5 years, I felt like I needed to make everything fit neatly into a business box.

Retreats. Offers. Launches. Content pillars.

But the truth is, the thing I’m most interested in right now is life.

What happens when you’re 40, single, living in Southeast Asia, starting over, making mistakes, and figuring things out?

So I’m taking some time out for me and only planning to run one retreat next year (announcement coming 📢).

The rest of what I share here will be much more personal. The messy bits of figuring it out in my 40s.

So, if you've been here for the sound healing, breathwork & retreats, thank you. I hope you stick around. 🫶

If you're keen to hear the more personal stuff, I think you're going to like what's coming.

I'm not entirely sure what this next chapter is going to look like yet. But for the first time in a while, I don't feel like I need to know.

For the last two years, I’ve been living with one foot in my old life and one foot in my new one.

I left Australia, but I kept the car. The caravan. My sound equipment. A little doorway back to the life I’d left behind.

I think I needed that.

I needed time to work out whether I had really left, or whether I was just taking a very long pause.

And now, I’m finally ready to close that chapter.

I don't have everything figured out. But I no longer feel like I’m waiting to go back.

I think we put so much pressure on ourselves to make big decisions quickly. To be certain. To burn everything down and leap.

But sometimes the biggest changes happen slowly.

Sometimes you need to keep a safety net.

Sometimes you need to take two years to realise you’ve already become someone new.

And sometimes, you’re ready to let go long before you know exactly what comes next. 🤍

A little Soul Song Retreat update... 💛

If you've been quietly following along, wondering if this retreat might be for you, here are a few important things to know.

✨ Our free online workshop is happening on 2 July.

It's the perfect opportunity to meet us, experience our facilitation, ask questions, and see if this retreat feels like the right fit. If you can't join live, the replay will be sent to everyone who registers.

🌿 Deposits are due by 13 July.

We need to confirm numbers with our beautiful venue in Cambodia, so this is the date to secure your place.

This retreat has always been intentionally small. We want it to feel like an intimate circle where every woman is seen, heard and supported - not a crowd.

And finally...

🇰🇭 Why Cambodia?

Because we wanted to create this experience somewhere that naturally invites you to slow down.

Ancient temples.
Blessings from Buddhist monks.
Warm tropical air.
Sunsets that seem to last forever.
A culture that values simplicity, kindness and presence.

It feels like the perfect setting to write, sing, laugh, rest, and reconnect with yourself. 💃

If you've been feeling the pull but still have questions, send us a message. We'd genuinely love to chat - no pressure, just an honest conversation to help you decide whether this experience is right for you.

We can't wait to gather with the women who are meant to be there. 🤍

Ten years ago, I almost didn't go.

I had all the reasons.

Work commitments. The cost. The logistics. The fear of travelling to a country I'd never been to before.

I remember wondering if it was really worth it.

What I couldn't see at the time was that I wasn't just booking a retreat. I was saying yes to a version of myself I hadn't met yet. 💫

Those weeks in India didn't magically change my life overnight. But it changed the direction of it.

✨️ I came home more confident.
✨️ More curious.
✨️ More willing to step outside my comfort zone and try things that felt exciting and a little scary.

One of those things was sound healing. 🎵

What started as curiosity became a passion. Then a business. Then a calling.

And eventually, it led me here - holding space for women through retreats, workshops and experiences designed to help them reconnect with themselves.

Looking back, the retreat wasn't the most important part. The decision was. Because every meaningful chapter of my life started with one thing:

A willingness to trust myself before I had all the answers. 🧡

My final retreat for 2026 is happening this September in Cambodia. 🇰🇭

Are you ready to say yes to an adventure that could change your next 10 years?

I promise your future self will thank you. ❤️
