Heyyyy FIT ๐ฅs ! Letโs get into this Body!
So Thanksgiving is over and I have a full body circuit to help you jump back into your fitness/ health goals.
๐Circuit training is a series of exercises that an individual performs one after another with minimal rest.
๐After each circuit a maximum of 60sec rest or until you catch your breath ...safety first
๐complete 12-20 reps of each exercise (I know I said 20 but you know your body best ...no rush to get to 20 I am just happy you are working your body ๐ฅฐ๐)
