For me, doula care is about more than showing up for birth. It’s about cultivating confidence, nurturing families, and making sure you feel seen, heard, informed, and supported throughout your journey.

From pregnancy preparation to hands-on labor support and those first weeks postpartum, I’m here to walk alongside you — not to take over your experience, but to help you feel confident in making it your own.

I met a little friend on my walk this morning…

Did you know a female rabbit (a "doe") can have up to 40+ babies a year?! 🐰🤯

Talk about a busy schedule! As a doula, I am so thankful humans don’t reproduce at that rate—we definitely wouldn’t have enough doulas to go around! 😅

We have officially touched down in Apex, North Carolina after our move from Korea, and I couldn’t be more excited to start this new chapter!

As I prepare my mind, body, and soul for the beautiful journey ahead, I’m fueling up with healthy meals and staying active. I believe that as a birth doula, my own well-being is the foundation for the support I provide to you.

I am a certified birth doula with a wealth of experience, and I am so ready to grow the Cultive Doula village right here in our new community.
